Warranty

Muzin Global Manufacturing guarantees that its products are free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of the original purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our criteria using new or refurbished components.

Faults in products not covered by this warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing defects that result from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, damage caused by lightning or overloading of energy, extreme heat or cold, and corrosive environments. The warranty also does not cover normal wear of cases, connectors and accessories. The warranty does not apply to any product with a missing, altered or defaced serial number.

Limits of liability: If these products fail or do not perform as warranted, your only recourse will be to repair the product as described above. We will not be liable to you or any other person for damages resulting from the malfunction of this product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of data, damage to other equipment, and accidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product. Excluded Express or implied warranties.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUZIN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF ITS PURCHASE PRICE, OR TO MATCH THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

MUZIN specifically denies any other warranty, express or implied, and the user must consider that the installation or use of this product is an acceptance of these conditions.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY:


The guarantee service will be carried out only by the Authorized Service Centers (ACS Muzin).
For any request for warranty service, it is necessary to present the original purchase invoice of the user, together with the guarantee certificate duly filled out and stamped by the seller.
The client (end user) must call 0800-1362145, there an operator will attend him and he will be given a report number and the CSA where he will take the equipment for its revision and / or repair.
This warranty is valid only in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, if you are located in the U.S. or any other Country of Central and South America, please contact your local distributor for details.
